Please review the following information regarding registration for the 2024 Children’s Christmas Party:
Please complete the form with all required information, including proof of Painesville Township residency. Incomplete registrations will not be processed.
Please remember that capacity is limited, and a wait list will be established once we reached the maximum number of guests.
Once you submit the registration form, our staff will confirm your registration, within 10 business days, via email. This confirmation of registration must be acknowledged by the guest to reserve your space for the party. Failure to confirm the registration by the date indicated in the email will result in your reservation being cancelled.
If you have not heard from Town Hall by November 18 confirming your registration or wait list status, feel free contact us at 440-352-1443.
Due to the limited seating, only guests with confirmation will be admitted to the event.
If you are a registered guest and your plans change, please contact Town Hall to cancel your reservation so we can move up the waitlisted guests.
